“I had to go back to this Urgent care again and let me tell you Dr. Syed Naqvi is one of the best Doctors I have ever met in my life. He is kind considerate and caring with his patients. I know other doctors could learn many good things from him. You won't be disappointed he is an outstanding person. Mazza is super kind she is a medical assistant. I don't know the whole staff their names but they all are really caring and very very kind and most of all Friendly. If you are in need of a urgent care I recommend this one of Sawmill Road they won't let you down. Thank you Dr. Naqvi, Mazza and the whole staff you all do amazing job. “I really loved the nurse there. I am not sure of his name but he had glasses and lots of tattoos. He helped make sure I was very comfortable, he laid the chair back for me and turned off the lights while they were running test, was just extremely kind and caring!“

“Jasmine at the front desk was amazing. Incredibly friendly, helpful, and just overall great service. The app is super useful and I learned about the results of my test on there immediately. The app also had information about my prescription, diagnosis, and prognosis which was great. Sirintra was amazing as well, super friendly and helpful.“
“Oh my gosh, these people are so kind.We literally just moved into town -- and I immediately wound up with bronchitis. Flash forward 13 days later, and I ended up with another unrelated health issue that needed immediate attention. I was super embarrassed to need medical services in just two weeks, but everyone at the office was really nice about it! And I was very promptly seen, too. It could have just been the time of day that I went, but I think I waited 40 minutes for the bronchitis visit and 20 minutes for the second visit. Where I'm from originally, that's an insanely short wait time.I'm really impressed with the care and I feel good knowing I can receive prompt attention when I really need it!“
