The check-in process was fairly efficient. I was seen quickly, and the staff worked efficiently on my treatment, with care for my needs and focused on the goals. They took time to explain what they saw and planned to do, and were sensitive to my pain through the procedure I needed, minimizing my discomfort while still getting the job done. I was impressed with their attention and care throughout the visit.
Very helpful and professional folks work here. I use a walker, staff was very accommodating in making sure I was okay. One staff member walked with me and held my walker as I traversed down a short ramp to the parking lot (no rails to cling to when going down ramp). He made sure I didn't fall.Sláinte mhath.
Just had a wonderful experience here while getting my hurt knee checked. I don't have health insurance and everyone was super open about pricing and understanding of my situation. Very appreciative to the kind staff here.
