Oh my gosh, these people are so kind.We literally just moved into town -- and I immediately wound up with bronchitis. Flash forward 13 days later, and I ended up with another unrelated health issue that needed immediate attention. I was super embarrassed to need medical services in just two weeks, but everyone at the office was really nice about it! And I was very promptly seen, too. It could have just been the time of day that I went, but I think I waited 40 minutes for the bronchitis visit and 20 minutes for the second visit. Unsure why there are so many unhappy reviews. I had a different experience.The staff at this location are very kind. The location was clean. Parking was a little more crowded than expected but the building houses many different medical offices. So I can’t fault OhioHealth for that.I had been suffering with some upper respiratory issues and it had started to worsen. Upon speaking with my primary care physician, they suggested I go to an urgent care to be tested for a few things. I looked online and found this location was very close to me. The care was good but the doctor prescribed us medications to treat the discomfort but in reality it was not like that. They gave us medications before other consultations and when we went to the pharmacy they explained to us that there was some error that we should talk to the doctor and that's what we did. The answer was We'd better buy a Taylano at the pharmacy, that works, I think that's wrong, little interest.
