I knew before I took it to them it would be complicated, since the jacket is a complex combination of cloth, leather padding, and a reflective material with the white, orange, and black logo combination. They contacted me and informed me it wasn't something they could tackle in house, but could send it to a specialist and quoted me a price. I gave permission to send it. They again contacted me and said the specialist was not confident he could clean it without risk of damage. I told them not to proceed and my jacket was returned with no charge. I greatly appreciated the effort and the honesty and communication throughout the process. I would definitely feel confident in using them for any future needs.“
