I brought a Harley-Davidson jacket in to see if they could clean it. I knew before I took it to them it would be complicated, since the jacket is a complex combination of cloth, leather padding, and a reflective material with the white, orange, and black logo combination. They contacted me and informed me it wasn't something they could tackle in house, but could send it to a specialist and quoted me a price. I gave permission to send it. They again contacted me and said the specialist was not confident he could clean it without risk of damage. I told them not to proceed and my jacket was returned with no charge. I dropped off a handmade, full-length cloak I made for my niece's wedding that apparently had stains on the fabric when I purchased it. The person that waited on me when I came in was super helpful and friendly. The team that cleaned the cloak did a fantastic job, and were able to remove all the stains. I also had fantastic customer service when I picked the cloak up, barely 24 hours after dropping it off. I could not be happier with this experience! Great job to all who worked on this!!!

Was my first visit there. The employees were very friendly and accommodating. They had easy drive-up service which I really appreciated. Will definitely be going back to them with all my dry cleaning needs.
