“I had dropped my wedding dress off after two years of it hanging in my closet. The bottom was totally black and to my surprise there was a large stain down the back of the dress, which looked like a spilled drink. I’d really had low hopes for the turnout and figured I would take it in to get cleaned and deal with whatever the outcome.First Choice went above and beyond, they told me they would call once cleaned and before boxing the dress up to make sure it was cleaned to my liking. They called back within a week, I honestly think it was less than 5 days. The dress was immaculate! You could not even see a trace of a stain present on the dress. They boxed up the dress and I was on my way.They were exceptional! I cannot even begin to recommend them enough for any and all dry cleaning needs! Just amazing! Such a great and convenient place for alterations and dry cleaning.I dropped off a pair of pants to shorten (since I’m only 5ft) and days later it was done! Price was super reasonable too. My partner has used this place for dry cleaning for his suits. Quick turnaround so def recommend this if you’re looking for a place for alternations and dry cleaning. “I brought a Harley-Davidson jacket in to see if they could clean it. I knew before I took it to them it would be complicated, since the jacket is a complex combination of cloth, leather padding, and a reflective material with the white, orange, and black logo combination. They contacted me and informed me it wasn't something they could tackle in house, but could send it to a specialist and quoted me a price. I gave permission to send it. They again contacted me and said the specialist was not confident he could clean it without risk of damage. I told them not to proceed and my jacket was returned with no charge. I greatly appreciated the effort and the honesty and communication throughout the process. I would definitely feel confident in using them for any future needs.“
