“Ryan Bickford has been great to work with. Prior to signing up with Ryan I had worked out with weights only a couple times in the last 20 years. I had tried a couple trainers previously, but they had a one size fits all approach and I burned out within a couple of weeks. Ryan has kept me engaged and showing up at the gym for over 8 months now, and I have no intention on quitting. My strength and physical condition have improved significantly over the last 8 months. I won't be a power lifter anytime soon, but I have gone from embarrassingly weak, to feeling much more confident with weights. Bench Press is up by about 75lbs. Ryan is also great about providing information and a plan for diet and other workouts outside of the gym. I have gotten in my own way and not followed his plan, but another great thing about Ryan is that he has not shamed me for that. I know he is ready to assist when I am ready to follow the plan. Definitely recommend Ryan.“

“I love this gym! It’s one of the few gyms where I have felt at home and comfortable. It’s never too crowded and the equipment is everything I could want plus some.I work with Karlee Gilliam and she is amazing. When I started I felt very overwhelmed with the amount of information and methods available in the fitness industry. She is very knowledgeable and has helped teach me every step of the way. I am currently down 50lbs and I’ve never felt better in my life.“

“I have been attending classes here for a few weeks now and I really like it. The classes are very challenging, and the trainers are awesome. I needed a new gym since my previous gym was forced to close and based on the reviews and class descriptions, I chose to join this gym. The class sizes are perfect: not too big or too small. The trainers always work with me to provide alternatives for exercises that I need to avoid due to knee issues. While I have come up with substitutions on my own, the trainers will provide me with other alternatives that work the muscles in the same fashion as the exercise I need to avoid. I really appreciate that attention to detail. Additionally, the trainers will watch my form and provide suggestions to help me improve. It's refreshing to know that they care about my form to help avoid injury and to enable me to be more successful in my fitness journey. Keep up the great work!“

“I have been going to GoodBodies since early 2021 and it is now mid 2023. I am delighted with it. It is a very well-organized, sensibly-run facility. The trainers have solid educations in sports physiology, anatomy, nutrition, and physical therapy. Many customers are physicians, architects, engineers, a good mix of women and men, centered on ages 30s to 70s. This is the best exercise training I have ever gotten, always planned well (but not overplanned!) The session plans are intelligent and well-judged. A workout by professionals for grown-ups. Jeff Holdinsky in particular has been a perfect match for me. I am early 60s, demanding job with lots of travel, he has adapted his workouts to my situation. A huge improvement in health, fitness, and mood. A great spot and very convenient to my residence. I think all the coaches are good, and the managers at GB will find a good match for you.“

“I had never been able to stick to a fitness program until I started at Debbie Reichert Fitness. The small group strength training gives me the feeling of personal training but in a small group - which is less intimidating. I like that the workouts are varied and challenging so that I never get bored. These are the first workouts I’ve ever done where the time flies by!I also try to take yoga classes as often as possible and I love the yoga instructors and the variety of classes.“

“I've been going here for about five months. I highly recommend The Exercise Coach. The facility is open, clean and inviting. The staff is incredible. They are helpful and encouraging. I know 20 minutes twice a week sounds like a gimmick but it's not! It is short workouts on numerous high tech machines that allow you to work at your own pace and ability. It's actually fun to watch your progress and work to beat your personal best. After two back surgeries and a year of working online I was in constant pain and had no stamina. My doctors kept saying I needed to strengthen my core muscles. I didn't have time for long workouts at the gym and I worried about doing something wrong and causing more strain on my back. And to be honest, I am not self motivated and am very self conscious about being around others in a gym setting. I did some research and came across The Exercise Coach and decided to try the free week they offered. I am so glad I did! Oh, and I joined their 30 Day Comeback Challenge and lost over 10 lbs!“

“My first appointment was in August. My first appointment with my therapist was August 20th. I couldn't get out of the car without crying. I couldn't drive to work without begging God to do something. I couldn't walk without dragging my left leg. I couldn't straighten my left leg. I couldn't sit without pain for more than 5 minutes. I was awake every hour on the hour at night because of hip pain. Constant pain and hopeless is how I felt. Today I feel rejuvenated, energetic and hopeful. I feel like I have gotten my life back! This is a tool in God's tool bag and I highly recommend Jonathan Dixon! I was so afraid that I'd never be able to do the simplest of tasks!
