I have really enjoyed my experience with this gym. It’s a positive atmosphere, the coaches are knowledgeable and helpful, and the facility is consistently clean. The exercise variety and schedule sets conditions to achieve your goals. Grateful I found this gym. The group training provides some accountability which I needed.

This is hands down the nicest box gym I have even been to. Every piece of equipment looks brand new and every inch of the space is meticulously designed. My only complaint is I wish I lived closer to take advantage of the facility and incredible knowledge Alex and Amy share with their tribe.

Can’t recommend Peak Human Performance enough! Not only do they offer individualized personal fitness training by engaging and knowledgeable coaches, but the program centers around helping improve all aspects of becoming your best self. The life and fitness coaching is so beneficial, we’ve made the investment of having all four of our children train there. In each one, I’ve seen growth in their confidence and positive shifts in their mindset. Would highly encourage all ages and fitness abilities to check them out!
