“About 5 years ago we bought a new heating/cooling system from Jim at Bear Heating. Great install and all. In the years we have had 2 or 3 issues that needed service and both times they had a tech here quickly. Both Techs, Cameron and now twice Greg were as pleasant and as professional as one could ask for. They asked about the issue and explained what they were doing to fix. Best part was these calls were his warranty and service was as fast and good as if I was paying for the call. Good people, honest and fair.“

“Was very happy with the presentation, went over any concerns we had, gave us the price up front of total and how much a month, promised us quick service (install) and with the heat were getting we need quick instalation, showed us the price of both cantral air unit and furnace and seperately and let us decide with no pressure. Very well spoken and nice gentleman. If all the salesman are as nice and professional as the one we got you will be completely satisfied. If for somereason we have an issue during or after the install he made us comfortable to know it would be handled and we would be happy. Well the day of the installation was Friday they showed up just as scheduled on time . The 3 gentleman that came out were very nice and polite and knowledgeable, they was more then willing to answer any questions we had and even moved our old base from the old central air unit to a spot we could use it for something else. They took care of everything that was to be thrown away, once installed and I got home in the evening to see how well the new furnace and central air had worked they were correct of how we would notice the difference compared to the old equipment. I would be happy to recommend this company and salesman and ecspecially the installers to anyone in need of new equipment and repairs. Thanks guys wonderful job“

“First day wasn't very good, said some one would be there between 11:00 and 3:00, no one showed up and no one called to say that they weren't coming which is unusual for Gault, so I called Gault and reschedule for today and yes, very prompt, on time, very efficient and explained everything what was going on, as they say, go with Gault,“
