I called on a Friday evening about 5:00 was told that someone would be out between than and 8:00. Brian and his apprentice were here by 5:30. They were very polite and informative. The furnace was old and cheaper to replace than repair. Brian took the time to explain our options. I would definitely recommend this company to my friends and family
