You talk with the owner when you call and he's the one who will come to take care of your heating and cooling needs. You always deal with one person, the owner! He has done excellent work for me for a number of years, installing a complete system for my commercial building and has repaired my home air conditioner that was installed by another contractor years ago. Highly recommend.
