“Thank you very much for your careful consideration. Since the coronavirus outbreak, the hotel has stopped providing laundry service, so I asked for Dress Shrits' laundry service. I knew one of the Dress Shirts was missing a button, but I wasn't worried because it was fine to wear. When I got back from the Laundry, the button was fixed. I also used the buttons that Tide had in stock! I use Laundry Service every week in Japan, and I have never received such detailed service. Also, I was moved to realize that noticing this missing button meant that I had seen everything. I also liked the hanger from Monsters Inc, which is not available in Japan.“
