I had my clothes cleaned and pressed and my shirts fixed for work, I am so great full to find a place that is very helpful and respectful. I went back a few days later and ask if Kathy could make me pillow covers for my couches. I went back to get them a few days later and Kathy did a fabulous job on them. I am a on going customer and I will be sending all my friends and family to Dale cleaners.Service: Clothing alterations & repairs

Last week I needed a patch sewn onto one of my uniform shirts. It was Tuesday 25 minutes before they closed and I needed it back the next day. This uniform shirt is my EMS uniform shirt for Line of Duty funerals. I needed this done to attend the service for the Cleveland Division of Police, Detective James Skernivitz's funeral service. Out of everyone I called, this was the only place willing to do it for me overnight. Since they knew it was for a police officers line of duty death they went above and beyond to help me. They did a fantastic job and met the deadline!From this point forward, I will be taking all of my uniform alterations to Dales. Thank you Dale Cleaners...read full review
