“This is for the Macedonia Ohio store. I needed binding done on a manual that was coming apart. The printing section was very busy, so a very nice lady (I neglected to get her name) from the main checkout counter came over, helped me, put a larger comb binding on and didn't charge me!! All with a smile on her face!! Wonderful customer service.....thank you.“

I brought an MSI Stealth gaming laptop to that has impact damage to the back of the case.He inspected it, did some tests and determined that the computer might have damages slightly beyond his expertise (damaged motherboard). He recommended a store to me, wrote up a diagnostic report for me and called the store informing them of my laptop and its situation so all I had to do was follow up.The biggest highlight of this, HE DIDN'T CHARGE ME FOR THIS SERVICE.
