“Edit: We've been enjoying our deck for a month now. I am still finding little touches of quality from the build that are above and beyond. Tight mitered lips on the edges of the drink rails, tight miters on odd non-45 or 90 degree joints, tight fits on all the skirting etc. On the other hand, we have yet to find any flaws or signs of any miss cuts or off measurements. On such a complex deck, that's really remarkable to me. Jim and his team are simply outstanding craftsmen.Original: We looked at several companies for our deck. We wanted Timbertech and the deck is not simple. We went with Jim and his crew because his experience, their gallery and these reviews. They were awesome. His crew was comprised of longer time employees and they were very experienced. I was so impressed with the build quality as the deck went in. All corners are mitered, even if they were to be covered up. Joists were 12" on center instead of 16". Everything is a tight fit. In the end, sure it was expensive, but we are very happy and would very much recommend Yardman's.“

“Hantak Home Improvement has replaced my daughter roof in Lyndhurst, Ohio and my house in Macedonia and they did an excellent Job. He also fixed loose siding that came down during a wind storm. He came out on New Years Eve and fixed the problem until he could get a new siding piece which was the next week. Prompt, polite service. I will use them again.“

The little things - the details, clean-up, open communication, suggestions (when we asked for them) and overall pleasant personalities they both exhibited, were very much appreciated.
