Edit: We've been enjoying our deck for a month now. I am still finding little touches of quality from the build that are above and beyond. Tight mitered lips on the edges of the drink rails, tight miters on odd non-45 or 90 degree joints, tight fits on all the skirting etc. On the other hand, we have yet to find any flaws or signs of any miss cuts or off measurements. We used Yardman’s to do a complete tear down of old dilapidated deck and rebuild of the deck of our dreams. We could not be happier with the results. The owner, Jim, met with my wife and I for the initial consultation and helped us with the design. We had a high level idea of what we wanted and Jim helped us fill in the gaps in less than an hour. Very patient, friendly, and professional. He took care of the permit process and had a crew on-site within a couple weeks. All of the workers were very friendly and professional.
