“B-Dry gave us a lot of useful information. They had us problem solve before digging up the side of the house. That led to a solution that we solved ourselves. They did no work for us and did not charge us. This was due to Todd. Give him a raise. Seriously, he is a massive asset. He’s also the reason we’re going to call B-Dry first if we do need help in the future. If the clogged gutter ends up not being the problem, we’re immediately calling B-Dry. Thank you.“
“I couldn't be more pleased with the job. Derek and Vince were the technicians. They were thorough and I liked they were shoe coverings whenever they entered the house. Derek was very knowledgeable and explained things very well.The guy that did the estimate and answered the phone wasn't exactly stellar in customer service. The two times I talked with him he acted like I was a bother. Normally I would not pursue anything further with a company that had that kind of representation. But my husband used Clean Air America in the past for different jobs and he didn't want me calling anyone else out. Plus the reviews are amazing. So if you happen to deal with him and get the same treatment, push past it because they do an excellent job.“
“Edit: We've been enjoying our deck for a month now. I am still finding little touches of quality from the build that are above and beyond. Tight mitered lips on the edges of the drink rails, tight miters on odd non-45 or 90 degree joints, tight fits on all the skirting etc. On the other hand, we have yet to find any flaws or signs of any miss cuts or off measurements. On such a complex deck, that's really remarkable to me. Jim and his team are simply outstanding craftsmen.Original: We looked at several companies for our deck. We wanted Timbertech and the deck is not simple. We went with Jim and his crew because his experience, their gallery and these reviews. They were awesome. His crew was comprised of longer time employees and they were very experienced. I was so impressed with the build quality as the deck went in. All corners are mitered, even if they were to be covered up. Joists were 12" on center instead of 16". Everything is a tight fit. In the end, sure it was expensive, but we are very happy and would very much recommend Yardman's.“
