“I had some serious self-inflicted scratches on my favorite Moscot glasses . Eye1 quickly used my new prescription and had new lenses ( progressive and transitional) made in less than a week . I was not in town so I mailed them the glasses and they are now back with me . Incredible service and they always have the newest and freshest frames in town . I would never go anyplace else for new glasses !“

“The Walmart vision and glasses center is great place providing great customer care and service!In November 2020 I received my first pair of glasses ever!!Besides the fact that I always wanted my eye vision to be perfect, excellent or whatever they were,everything was incredible they made me feel very comfortable in a very uncomfortable situation!I am not a prescription glasses person at all!!!The doctor was great, very knowledgeable and informative!He prescribed me glasses that are important that I use for reading and see my smartphone clearer, it's like HD!!I went the cheap route because I was hoping I didn't really need them.I wish I would have exchanged within the 2-month period but no worries I will come back soon and upgrade my glasses.I think they will have to recut the lens but I'm all right with that so I can feel more comfortable wearing them.I'll have these things for a long time. “Honestly, overall great experience! When I called to book my exam the receptionist was so sweet and answered all of my questions about insurance and how much I would have to pay for my glasses. When I came in for my exam I was greeted by friendly staff and a warm office environment. Everyone was happy and kind, friendly and joking with each other. My exam was with Dr Gridley, I think he's one of the best eye doctors in the Dayton area, so friendly and thorough! Ordering my glasses with the girls out front was so fun! The girl with the long blonde hair helped me pick the perfect frame and she was so nice! I will definitely be coming back to this office next time I need and exam and glasses!“
“I dropped my debit card while shopping here. I realized it was gone when I went to check out. I panicked, as I had over $3,000.00 in my bank account. I went to Customer Service, and to my relief, one of their Stock Clerks saw it, and turned it in. I don't know who you were, but God Bless you for your honesty. If a dishonest person had found it, they could have emptied my account!!“
