Great experience from start to finish. I got lasik here nearly a year ago, and still have no complaints. Dr. Had a wonderful disposition, and spent time to make sure all my questions were answered. Received wonderful service from Aubree at the front desk, and Alaina during the surgery. For a procedure that made me a bit nervous, this office was responsive, informative, and professional.
For the last couple of years, I've hesitated to go to an eye doctor because I've only had bad experiences in the past. My prescriptions were always off and I wasn't satisfied with the work. I was encouraged to go to Dr. Spencer's clinic by Aubree, their fantastic optician, who not only encouraged me to get my eyes checked, but showed care and attention throughout the entire process and made sure I was taken care of. I was very nervous to have eye surgery but the doctor and staff were very professional and really put me at ease. It is wonderful to not need glasses anymore. Dr Spencer, Aubree, Alaina, Lilly plus ReAnna have taken very good care of me
