Ms. Stephanie Hassle and Jess provided some of the the best customer service ever. Their professionalism was above reproach. My health provider network was down. They provided the necessary follow to ensure coverage was correct. The entire office was very knowledgeable with a customer first attitude. I want to say job well done. As odd as it is to say, I was really looking forward to my eye appointment because I desperately needed new glasses and contacts. The entire staff was so much fun! The doctor, the assistants and eye examiners made my visit so much fun. Will definitely be back!

Very pleasant and professional experience from the second I walked in! Pre-testing was done quickly and Dr. Dickman carefully explained my results and answered all of the questions. Kelsey provided great input helping me pick out my frame and style of lenses and also fitting my bifocal. I will not hesitate to refer friends and family and I will definitely be returning for my next prescription.
