“Dee’s was a joy to work with. My furnace replacement was a fairly complex process because I was converting from fuel oil to natural gas. They helped me navigate through getting a gas line installed. When they replaced the furnace it was wall done with attention to every detail. The price was competitive and they were the only company willing to remove my old fuel oil tank. Unfortunately, there are far too many HVAC contractors who have long ago stopped practicing the Golden Rule of serving others like they would want to be served in the pursuit of profits. Greg is like a breath of fresh air in comparison and full of integrity.<br><br>We have a private natural gas well and the nature of that is that it tends to burn hotter & dirtier than conventional natural gas would. Unfortunately, this tends to cause issues with furnace heat exchangers and our 9-year old Carrier unit was no exception to this. I met with 3 different companies before deciding what to do. The first was trying to sell a new furnace before the cover on the furnace was off. The second one was willing to replace, but I wasn't sold on the junior level tech that came out. After meeting Greg I knew he was the perfect man for the job and that there wouldn't be anything he couldn't easily tackle.
