“Never having had my ducts cleaned before, I was a bit hesitant to bring someone out to clean them. That being said, I am very pleased with the work that was done and plan on bring him back one every other year.Sean is a great guy. He did a good job at explaining the entire process to me and why it is necessary. He also stuck to his quoted price which is a big ask now-a-days. He kept telling me that it would make a big difference, and again, I was a bit skeptical, especially since my since of smell is terrible, but what do you know, after he left and I was walking around my house, I 100% noticed a difference.The first night sleep was some of the best sleep i have gotten in a long time. I didn't even realize how the air quality in my house was effecting my sleep. This is definitely a great thing to do for your house.It was also nice that he brought the big air scrubbing vacuum into my house instead of running it from his truck. This way, my door didn't have to be propped open all day for a huge hose to run through.Sean is very nice and easy to work with. He didn't mind me following him around all day and asking him questions. I will definitely be calling him again in a couple years.10 out of 10. Would recommend.“

“The serviceman was real professional and seemed knowledgeable on our AC unit. He was upfront that the cost was about $90/hour for the labor plus whatever parts was needed. After about 30minutes he came to the conclusion that due to the coils being dirty was the main reason for causing our unit to flip the circuit breaker. Sounds logical since the system would have to work harder. Also mentioned that the previous tech fill the Freon was overfilled so he drained it a bit. So after a few hours of deep cleaning, our AC was pumping out cool air again. But he did show us a few spots that could be problems in the future. Later on the day, the AC unit broke the circuit again and we're back to square one. I was hoping the cleaning would have fixed the problem. EDIT: The tech did come back to us the following business day, without any cost to us. He provided us with three alternative solutions with estimated costs for each. All-in-all, the tech was well equipped and had a good knowledge of our heating and cooling system (even though it is about ten yrs old).“

“Being a Contractor myself, I am always apprehensive when I have to have something done on my own home and yet can't do it myself and have to rely on other professionals in the trades. However, for 30 years I have used Echols's for any servicing of my Heating and cooling system. ( my old system was 35 years old!!!!)I wanted to update my system and still went through the process of getting 2 more quotes besides Echols from other very well known and respected HVAC Companies. All 3 Companies were on the same page of apples to apples needs for my home. However, due to my prior confidence with Echol's, as well as my research on their BBB and Google Reviews and reading the good, bad and ugly reviews (trust me, there is no perfect Company, but you can read between the lines and see the truest integrity of a Company and a Consumer-based on these reviews if you keep an open mind!) I was quite impressed with so many years in Business and all the Very Positive Reviews and even the ones who weren't stellar, Echol's replied and tried to make good on situations! That meant a lot! Therefore, even though Echol's was not the lowest bid, I Contracted with them anyway! I was so glad I did! The guys were amazing, very respectful of my home and our conversations based on my own trade knowledge and lack of knowledge in this instance but wanting to know enough to be understanding of this new system. They also had some issues with a faulty new Thermostat at 6:00 at night ( so ordered a new one and returned the next day with the new one and installed it!) and some PVC piping needed corrected due to an odd ben/slope that they caught on their "punch out- final walk thru" and they corrected it immediately, so my new system would operate perfectly! Bravo Echol's! You have me as a customer for another 30 plus years hopefully!“

“Don't go anywhere else! Quality doesn't cost extra and their technicians are all competent, friendly and on-time. I 've used these great folks since 2005 for complete new house install, furnace replacement, A/C replacement, complete furnace and A/C replacement and commercial HVAC install. In 2022 I replaced the 20 year old furnace and A/C in my home with the high efficiency A/C unit and incredibly, my electric bill dropped 50%! The new unit runs at variable speeds reducing the on/off cycling and the entire house is much more comfortable with even temperature throughout enabling me to set the temperature several degrees higher. I recently built a second home and had another great Beckwith system installed--super service and fair price. I'm a retired contractor so I know of what I speak.Services: Installation“
