Aaron and his team did amazing work on an incredibly difficult job- installing forced air heating/cooling in a 1930's home without tearing the house apart, and leaving a nearly unnoticeable footprint. They completed the job quicker than I ever would have expected and kept us informed every step of the way. Couldn't recommend them more emphatically.

Called this morning and got a same day appointment! Aaron was early to my house and got the furnace fixed quickly before Ohio decided it should be cold again. Will definitely call again for any of my heating needs.

I have a rental property and live an hour and a half from the property. The furnace was blowing cold air, so I searched Google and I found Novak Heating & Cooling. I called and left a message in the evening expecting a call back the next morning. Aaron called me right back and was able to come the next morning. It turned out that I needed a new part or replace the rusty 21-year-old furnace. I feel that he was very honest with me in his recommendation. I decided to go with the new furnace to avoid future problems. He was able to install the furnace the next morning at a fair and honest price. I would not hestitate to use their services again in the future.
