We came home to no hot water and no heat . We called this company first thing next morning and they sent Mark the repairman by 9:30am ( actually he was early ) . He had everything up and running in no time and probably saved our lives finding a carbon monoxide leak. It's an old house and old appliances and this guy was spot on with everything . Professional and knowledgeable. We made the right call going with Orrville P&H. I am so grateful . When the old stuff kicks the bucket , I'm sure we'll be going with this company for replacement. We had an issue with our air conditioning during a hot spell. The individual who completed the service call was easy to work ,explained what needed to be done, and provided options. Now their call center staff is interesting to speak with but dont let them deter you. Also the on call service staff was not truly willing to come out but eventually did so. It was not the individual who actually serviced our air conditioners.
