I've consistently had great gel manicures here! So many good, trendy color options and my nails last 3 weeks without chipping. I also got the foot detox pedicure and woke up the next day feeling amazing. Everyone here is super nice and the space is extremely clean!
I received fantastic service from Niecy for a silk press. She provided top notch customer service. Attentive to my needs and was interested in the health of my hair. The shampoo/conditioner was phenomenal and soothing. I will definitely return and the shop staff was courteous too.
I’m a truck driver and called on the spur of the moment going down the highway. They were able to accommodate and immediately knew what I wanted. They quoted $170 but after I got there it went to $300. Plus $25 for a design and $20 to wash my hair. Then we needed another pack so I went And got more human hair and then she needed ANOTHER pack. I bought more hair. This started out as an inexpensive style which reached $600 REAL QUICKLY! They did an amazing job and I love this style but if you are worried about a budget, skip human hair tree braids. I will definitely come again…. In 90 days when I’ve wore this style and gotten my $600 worth!

Laura was great! I'll definitely be coming back here. My long hair was getting hard to manage, frizzy, and dead. She worked with me to give me a great shoulder-length cut, keeping in mind the bounce and shape of my curls when dry. As someone who's struggled with finding hairstylists who can work with curly hair, I highly recommend! Also, very affordable, good music, and nice conversation!

Nikki was very sweet, patient, and I felt comfortable having never been there before. From the scalp massage to the cut, I was pleased. The only thing I was not keen on was styling. She did listen to me and I got the cut I wanted. Once I styled my hair the way I do at home I ended up really liking the outcome! Thanks, Nikki!
I adored Megan! She was really good with my autism and patient, which is hard to find for us. She also gave me loads of advice on how to better care for my curls. The photos were taken after a few hours of walking around in the heat and it still looks amazing.

I had always loved getting a haircut. Unfortunately, I had looked for a couple years to find a great barber after moving to Columbus and tried most of the top shops. You name it, it happened: many, many mediocre cuts, some truly bad barbering, a skin infection from a dirtier shop, and flakey, cancel-happy barbers. I was losing hope.
Despite their reputation and amazing pictures on social media, I walked into Soft Skull for the first time with low expectations. I am delighted to report that I was wrong.
Paul is the epitome of thicc gym bro, and he is also kind, respectful, and warm—a gifted people-person and conversationalist. (I am not, so this helps.) After asking what I wanted from my haircut and listening attentively, he walked me through his plans for my hair and beard and why he had chosen it based on my head shape, hair type, growth directions, color, and more. Then, he took his time and crafted the best haircut I’ve ever had, and walked me through care and styling. Some of my friends and students agreed in unsolicited commentary that it was, indeed, the best haircut they’d ever seen on me. It also grew out beautifully.
The shop itself is immaculately clean. It is also one of the only shops where I have never overheard conversation among the barbers/stylists that is misogynistic or homophobic—it’s a wonderful thing when people are confident in what they do and don’t need to constantly put others down to feel good about themselves.
Highly recommend.

I had been looking for a barber in Columbus for a few years now and after visiting A Cut Above The Rest I finally found my permanent barber. I made an appointment and was greeted upon walking in and had a very nice gentleman named Will cut my hair. He went above and beyond with my cut and beard trim and had me looking like a million bucks when I left. The conversation and vibes in the shop were amazing as well. Jimmy Breen's isn't a large place. It appears to have been made out of a shipping container and refurbished into a barber shop with 3 chairs. But that doesn't really matter. What matters is they know how to cut hair. To be honest I've only ever gone to Sean. He's a super friendly guy and I'm always happy with the cut he gives me. I actually tracked him down when he left the previous shop I was frequenting him at because I gotta keep looking this good lol The other barbers are friendly too and their customers always walk away looking fresh from what I've seen. You won't be disappointed.

Always have a great experience here! Scheduling is quick and easy and they are super friendly. The application only takes 10 to 15 minutes and is always applied smooth and evenly! It dries quickly and lasts. Plus its pretty close to my house so super convenient! Highly recommend!!!
Olivia is the best - I cannot state that enough times. I need to move my appointment due to a last minute conflict and she moved it to 6pm on a Friday just to help me out. She sprays so evenly and is so efficient. She's also just the nicest human. I feel so comfortable any time I'm in there getting sprayed!!!

The loft has a variety of services from so many expert hair stylists,nail technicians,and pedicure specialists.There is something for everyone.The facility is two stories unlike some of the other salon lofts.It is also equipped with an elevator if you have difficulty climbing a lot of steps. The restrooms are always very clean,and the waiting room is comfortable.My comfort level is very high when it comes to this salon loft. I have been to other salon lofts,and this is one of my favorite.

Amazing facial today by Jess! had the works with red light therapy. My skin feels amazing! Also waxed my eyebrows that Jess had tattooed a couple months ago. They just needed to be shaped a little bit. And for the first time ever I had my upper lip waxed and I was waiting for it to really hurt and she was amazing. It did not hurt. I had a chin implant, neck liposuction, and Botox injected into my masseter muscles a few months ago and forgot to post a review. Admittedly, I was a bit apprehensive and embarrassed to undergo cosmetic procedures as a male and initially worried that the plastic surgeon’s office would be an intimidating environment for me. I was already insecure and it took a lot for me to confidently decide that I wanted these procedures. Dr. Nogan and shatti NP, alongside their office staff, were excellent. The office staff knew my name and small details about me, which immediately helped relax me and made me feel welcomed. This was such a big deal for me. Shatti also has one of the most keen eyes I’ve ever seen and immediately observed my concern and knew how to address it, with such high skill. I can’t emphasize this enough - she is such an expert at spotting facial imbalances and knowing exactly where to safely inject Botox. I never once felt afraid and knew I was in safe, competent hands. She also has a warm bedside manner and a positive joking mood which makes you feel secure and at home. Finally Dr. Nogan is one of the most humble, incredibly skilled, and patient-centered surgeons I have ever met. I never felt rushed and felt that I could fully elaborate on my concerns - but more importantly, knew that my concerns would be validated and considered. Dr. Nogan also has such a unique and warm personality- you feel like you’re talking to your best friend and can talk to him openly without embarrassment.

I first went to Kelly for microblading and eyebrow shading a couple years ago. I was very nervous to have the service, but Kelly explained everything clearly and promised the natural look I wanted. Chris and Davide were fantastic. I got new floors from rite rug and plumbing and drain professionals were contracted to disconnect my toilet. My toilet was old and had some issues. Christ walked me through my options and I ultimately decided to get a new toilet instead of replacings parts on the old one. Based off the information and advise Chris provided; picking out a new toilet at Lowes was easy. Once my floors were installed David installed the new toilet. I hadn't realized that Muetzel did HVAC -- we had only previously used them (repeatedly) for plumbing. The A/C tech Brian was professional and friendly -- he quickly diagnosed and fixed our A/C problem. Pricing was extremely reasonable (AND without the "upsell" that some of the less reputable firms do). Muetzel is now our go-to HVAC repair service.

They did the initial wiring for our house when it was built. Several years later we had them come out to do a quote to add additional breakers, outlets and a whole home surge protector. They were fast and affordable. Our highest estimate from another very highly rated local company was around $11,000 and Grahams was around $1,600 with the majority being for the whole home surge protector.
Elite Electrical Services were amazing. They added some new outlets and ran a few new lines from the breaker box for us. They do high quality work and are professional. I'll definitely be hiring them again in the future.
I was very impressed with the service I received. Two weeks ago, my electrical outlet started to burn. I had to call the fire department and it knocked out the outlet in my bedroom and in my living room and one in my dining room. My landlord called Quality Electric and it came out and surveyed everything and gave my landlord a quote. Took him a minute to respond but today Austin and Alex did a phenomenal job. They prepared the damage and they gave me three dedicated outlets for my window AC in my bedroom and living room. They even gave a dedicated out for my computer equipment. They explained everything of what they were doing. I would recommend anyone to them.

I called 10 locksmiths for prices to make 1 key for my 2004 Lexus RX330. Gold is the only local locksmith certified by AAA. Prices ranged from $180 to as high as $545. I discovered the higher quotes included "flashing" the car OB Computer, the lower to mid-range quotes didn't, knowing that was going to "an additional fee" charged once on the site to raise the price $200. Joe from Gold called back and immediately said my car didn't need to be "Flashed" based on make and model. I was impressed he took the time to research it, because I knew this already the key lost in post hurricane mail from Florida was a replacement I paid $400 in 2016for it that key did not open the rear lift gate.
Although Gold wasn't the cheapest quote, I chose them because of Joe's honesty. They worked around my schedule Manny met me at home after work and within minutes he had two new keys. I was very impressed with the professionalism and it was really good experience and Manny sync'd the rear tailgate. Cheapest isnt always the best, Money well spent.
I would recommend Gold to anyone the needs a locksmith with AAA certification.

Call them first, don't waste your time calling anyone else like we did. We lost the key fob to our car and got the run around from other companies. Shai was there within 15min of our call on a Sunday afternoon. He wasted no time making keys and a fob for us and 10min later he was done. Not to mention the fob was identical to the OEM one. Out of several companies I reached out to for a quote, Orlandi's was the only that almost immediately responded. Their scheduling via texting was extremely easy and convenient, as was getting a quote. The cleaning team was able to come out the very next day, and they did an excellent job. Maid for Homes has done a great job on deep cleans and standard cleans for our family in the last year and a half. Though we're not currently doing recurring cleans, we count on them to help us deep clean a few times a year before holidays, summer break, and back to school season. I had a great experience with the sales, scheduling and installation of my carpet. They were very accommodating and friendly. The only negative experience is with the fumes off-gassed from the carpet. I have not been able to sleep in my home for 6 days now due to the odor causing me intense nausea and headaches. Perhaps I am just overly sensitive to it. Do not let this deter you from using Rite Rug.

I can't say enough good things about Lyle Environmental. We have an older home and were concerned when we found asbestos and mold. They took care of the issue for a VERY reasonable price and all of the employees I encountered were friendly and incredibly professional. Once they were finished, they were so clean and organized, it was almost like they were never there. The representatives at the office are also very accommodating and kind, which goes a long way when dealing with an issue such as this. Lastly, I've been lucky enough to have Tom, the owner, out to our home for some follow up concerns and he is so knowledgeable and understanding when speaking to his customers. The craftsmanship was superb, and my family is thrilled with the results. I recently used Stryker pest control, not once but twice in the last month and I couldn’t be happier with the results. They first came over when I had a yellow jacket investigation in my basement that was going into my radio studio, yikes. They took care of it, and they guarantee their work!
Owner John came over a few days later to make sure I was happy and I showed him something in my studio and he goes. ‘Oh my gosh that’s termite damage’. Stryker gave me a reasonable quote and took care of that termite work within a couple of days and went above and beyond , in my opinion. It was important I used a family owned business and from Customer Service to doing the work, I rate them excellent and this is not a paid endorsement!

Yellowjackets were preventing my wife and I from being able to safely go in or out of our apartment, so we urgently needed assistance (same day). Many of the larger, more advertised companies could not accommodate that, so we took a chance and checked on Craigslist.The owner personally guaranteed quick service and was at our apartment within an hour. He did his thing quickly and efficiently and was extremely nice and obviously passionate about his business. We were very impressed with the level of service he provided and have not seen any lingering yellowjackets!Highly recommend!!!!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Mike, Tim and the entire action pest control staff is best in class. Every time they come to our home to spray, they are always so helpful, respectful and very knowledgeable. This spring we were experiencing issues with house flies and Tim called me after hours to help me troubleshoot and identify several different solutions. They always go up and beyond and appreciate the customer support they provide. Can't recommend Action Pest Control enough!
They are the real deal! Don’t bother with all the others trying to trap every animal in your neighborhood. We had squirrels in the attic of our 1890s brick house. Our guy Chris found 10 holes they were using for access. He systematically closed the holes and used a modified trap to create a single one-way exit that let all the squirrels leave but not reenter. It worked great! After he was done there were no more squirrels in the attic. We live one block from a large park that is full of squirrels. There are hundreds of squirrels in our neighborhood. Everyone else i called wanted to start with trapping and exterminating ALL the squirrels they could catch. But without effective exclusion work on our home new squirrels would just move in very quickly. Those sorts of solutions are myopic. Critter Removal Ohio are holistic in their approach and there was never any reason to harm any squirrels!

I reached out to Pitzer Landscaping for an estimate on a full front lawn and flower bed installation on my 65 year old home. Previously there was a very large Silver maple tree in the front yard that literally ruined everything as I felt hopeless for ever having a beautiful level yard because of all the damage the huge tree had caused over the years. I had the tree removed a year before I contacted Norm to see what he thought about transforming the huge mess that I had on my hands as the root system had invaded the entire area. After his consultation I decided to go with his plan and Norm along with his crew started on what I thought was almost an impossibility of the transformation. After several days of work the new yard and flower beds were installed and the entire property looked completely different from a week ago. More than anything was his attention to detail on all aspects especially not any running heavy equipment on the new driveway to keep from cracking. After the installation was finished Norm gave me very detailed instructions on watering the entire area and his follow up included several phone calls to make sure I was doing my part to get the grass to come up in a timely manner. I would highly recommend Pitzer Landscaping if you want it done right the first time. No short cuts were taken and only quality products were professionally installed. 10 out of 10!

I know both Bill (Pergola team) and Rafeal (Patio team) have been contracted by Creative Earthcapes for quite some time and they and the crew are both very skilled in what they do. Lisa and Kelli in the office were also very supportive and timely in my inquiries. The price was very fair. It was not the lowest bid (nor the highest by far- some were just ridiculous) but we were not going for that- we wanted quality and competence and we got that. Chad (the owner and salesperson) went out of his way to get us the pavers we requested and was pretty good in responding to messages when we had questions. We provided a Scope of Work statement with the details that we wanted and I would recommend that to help develop an accurate proposal/contract.

These guys are AWESOME! It was Sunday when a small-ish branch fell on my house, creating enough noise to alarm me, with another larger one about read to drop on a windy day. Ricki (spelling?) answered the phone and was out with another person in about 30-40 minutes. Turned out there were two dead branches they cut down safely, pulling them away from over my house and chimney as they did so. Because they were responding to this emergency so quickly on a Sunday, they did not have the truck/equipment to haul away the debris. They came back two days later as promised (even though it was raining), additionally clearing all debris and branches that had been accumulating on my roof (assuming the used a blower). I was not home but could tell they even blew my front walkway so there wasn't a huge mess at front of property.

Basic Tree Care came on Saturday to remove a Bradford Pear tree for the bounty program in Licking County. While they were here, they also removed five arbor vitae trees that had grown too large to care for near our house. They completed the entire job in less than two hours, including clean up. They were extra careful because the ground was wet, and we are very happy with the condition of the yard where they had to move equipment. We highly recommend them. Dental trauma is real. For years, I’ve avoided walking into a dental office unless I was in excruciating pain and had no other choice. The stress of it all has prevented me from scheduling dental appointments, but let me tell you why.
I know some folks are thinking, "Why not just go twice a year and avoid all the extensive work?" To that, I say—listen, I tried. But childhood trauma is a beast. As a kid, I told the dentist I could feel the drill, and he flat-out ignored me. And it didn’t just happen once. As an adult, it’s happened three more times. The last time was a few years ago, and after that, I was done. No more. That is…until February 26, 2025.
What changed? My husband. He had been singing the praises of Hoffman Dental for a while. This is my year to be completely healthy, so I took a deep breath, picked up the phone, and made the appointment. Meghan answered and immediately put me at ease. That was step one.
On the day of my visit, I pulled into the parking lot and just sat there—twelve full minutes of talking myself into going inside. "You got this, Gail. It’s going to be okay." Finally, I walked in, greeted by an amazing staff, and soon, Michele called my name. My heart was racing, but I followed her to meet Dr. Cheryl. And at that moment, through my nervous smile, I let out a whispering sigh.

Dr Kyle helped me out after a car accident. Not only did he help me gain relief in person but was able to give me effective exercises to do on my own. Everyone in the office was super friendly and helpful, I highly recommend Columbus Spine and Sport Center!
08/23/2024 - I recently visited Divine Chiropractic & Wellness Center. DC&WC was referred to me. The place is zen and welcoming. The staff are professionally friendly. Thank you Dr. Reed and staff. I have not seen a chiropractor in about 7 years and I am glad that I chose to visit DC&WC. Dr Reed was informative, provided education, and genuinely interested in my well being. Her technique was painless and precise. They offer products that help with pain. I am scheduled to return soon and looking forward to it. Nearby parking for no fee. Prices contingent on your insurance.

The absolute best veterinary practice! The staff and care is impeccable. We have been taking our animals here for about the last 15 years and even before the current and beautiful state of the art facility. If you want a caring vet that provides gold standard care, it is here. I cannot say enough positive things about the kindness, and competence shown to myself, my husband, and our beloved pets. They have helped us navigate some tough health issues with our dogs. The staff thoroughly answers questions, takes his/her time with you, and at times even sits on the floor with your pet so they feel more comfortable. At my most recent visit, my pup didn’t even seem to notice her shots being administered. Thank you to the staff and owners that obviously share the passion and love of animals, and their well being!

OMG!!! My dog Louie dislocated his hip. After weeks of grueling pain, frustration and being told stupendous prices for surgery…I was referred to this Clinic and met this AMAZING, COMPASSIONATE, UNDERSTANDING MAN! Dr. Harrison ?? I came in and explained all Louie and I had been through (even told to euthanize my sweet fur baby) and in a moment of Kindness and compassion…Dr. Harrison came up with a plan for his treatment and performed it! My Louie is back to feeling great, bone in place and happy as ever! I can not Thank this “GODSENT” (Dr. Harrison) enough for his EXCELLENT CARE and Love for animals as well as peoples struggles and Love for their pet! We are FOREVER GRATEFUL!!????

Dr. April Bauer and the team here are wonderful! This is our little man’s PCP and they’ve been wonderful with accommodating last minute emergencies. Just picked him up from surgery today, compassion and communication seems to be a top priority here.

Had the best experience with the groomers at Mona’s Pet Salon today. We took our senior dog (~15 years old) for a basic wash & groom and they did a fantastic job. He is typically pretty anxious and has had several issues with past groomers but they took extra amazing care of him while grooming today and were able to complete his groom with no problems. They really listen and take great care of your pet. Thank you so much to the amazing staff here!

I’ve been coming to Sipra’s classes here for a few months now and I love it! Each class is different and she caters each one to your needs. She makes the classes feel intimate and intentional so you get the most out of each session. Everyone is incredibly accepting so I’d recommend it for any level.
Heartfelt Yoga Studio has been a wonderful space to re-explore yoga. The level of care and inclusivity has been a breath of fresh air. My favorite class has been the pilates-yoga fusion class--Jess is an engaging and encouraging instructor. Anyone who is looking for yoga (or an intro to pilates-yoga fusion) should definitely take a class--the atmosphere and supportive space truly are *chefs kiss*.

Took my first yoga class at LIT Life + Yoga yesterday evening. From the moment I walked into the front door to the time I left I felt incredibly welcomed into the space and had a very enjoyable yoga session in a peaceful and beautiful well thought out space. The lighting, mood, decor of the studio and instruction from the staff leaves you feeling happy and light. I highly recommend checking this place out!
Was thrilled to find Reden Yoga in 2022 after my long term teacher retired. Viniyoga should be a must try for everyone for healing & maintenance. Great bodily yoga practice that also addresses the mind, spirit, etc. Gentle and for all bodies, accommodations offered for digging in a bit more or hanging back.

I was nervous about trying yoga for the first time due to my lifelong low flexibility and a recurring back injury. Not only have I seen improvements in both over the last four months, but attending classes has been a blast. When scheduling cooperates, my week usually consists of classes taught by Marla, Jess, Kiernan, Heather, and Alex. When I'm traveling, the studio offers a livestream option which is convenient. Also, the pricing is affordable. In general, it feels like the studio and the instructors care a lot about making their practice accessible.
Raw Yoga 614 is an amazing yoga instructor. Not only are the Zen vibes are immaculate, Yaizmen is professional, prompt and reliable.
Online Mysore program is amazing. All the instructors are passionate, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about helping the students. One on one training with the owner Taylor has helped me become a more confident practitioner, teacher, business owner and person. Highly recommend this place to yogis of all levels.
I never thought that hot yoga was something that was in my wheelhouse, but I was so wrong. Not only is the studio my new place for peace, but the staff and friends I've gained are amazing in every way. I am so thankful to be apart of this community!

I never thought that when I stepped in for my first Lagree class I would find such an amazing, supportive and knowledgeable group of instructors! I look forward to each visit. The workout is fantastic but what is even better is the community that everyone at the Butcher Shop has created. I am at least twice as old as most people working out but the encouragement I receive makes me feel like I fit right in. If you want to seriously get into the best shape of your life and find the instructors that brighten up your whole day look no further. I love this place!
I’ve been going to Club Pilates in New Albany for about two months now and I’m loving it! The instructors are all so nice and helpful. The workouts are enjoyable but challenging. It’s been so fun to learn and improve with each class.

We had a private duet session with Brian! And it was amazing, Brian was very knowledgeable and helpful with every movement we did!
I have been going to this studio weekly for about 7 months. I look forward to going because it’s so different each time! I love the different class times since it’s easy to fit a class into my schedule. I have learned so much and it’s really helped strengthen muscles I forgot I had! I have noticed an incredible difference in my strength and flexibility. I will forever be a fan!
The instructors are great. My only complaint is that I often am not able to book classes on Class Pass as they read that they are full, but then in the Club Pilates app they are open. That has been very disappointing to me.

One of the few places in town that takes Spafinder certificates. Otherwise, I would not have found this little gem! Booked appointments for my daughter, husband and mother for massages and facials. They were extremely happy with their services and could not have had better hospitality. They don't rush you and cram back to back appointments, they were very accommodating with scheduling as we had a couple of adjustments along the way. They even offered me a mimosa while waiting even though I didn't get a service. How sweet is that?! I'll be back to get some services with them...I can't wait!

I had a sports injury that led to a lot of pain due to tendon and nerve damage. After a few days of the pain not going down, I went to Columbus Acupuncture and the next day pain had gone down a lot. I waited a few days before my next treatment, and again, after treatment a very noticeable decrease in pain the following day. I did a few more treatments following that and I am back to playing at 100% with no pain. Also, my father had a slipped disk and was having trouble sleeping because he could not lay down without pain in his back. After two consecutive treatments over the weekend, his pain was mostly gone and could sleep comfortably again. Great work, keep it up!

I just met this Doctor a month ago based on reviews from my husband and others and I have to say I am a true believer. He is amazing and I've never been so relaxed in my life. In fact, when I go in, I feel like his talking to me is just as much a therapy as the acupuncture itself. Really grateful for finding Dr Chen.

I went to Rightway Driving School for my road test because i needed a driver's license to keep my job. I had been stressed all week, searching for a place nearby to take the road test without any luck . Then i walked into Rightway Driving School ,and everything Changed. The examiner was kind and polite, which immediately put me at ease. I passed both tests, and i was overjoyed knowing i could keep my job. Rightway Driving School truly saved the day, and i'm incredibly grateful they welcomed me when no one else could. thank You .
Mr. Sunny was amazing with my first driver. He was easy to schedule with and we were able to get the in car driving done without the hassle found with the bigger companies. I will be using Mr. Sunny with my next driver as well.

RMDS is an amazing place. From day 1 we had Dave, perfect gentleman that fella. Pre trip was my best class with Susan and Dave, what a team, please, I owe my CDL to these two. Maneuverability is an Eric thing. Four or five steps you are there in the box I call him Mr 4 Steps lol. Dakota, Mark and Devin on the pad. Mark is a funny dude. Britany never had a dull day, always happy. Keep that spirit girl. LeDerrick my state examiner.. I thank you X2 for having patience with me all through my trails and fails…Finally, I wanna say thanks to Kevin. When I see Kevin I just run and check if I have done my daily logs… even now I’m guessing if I see him in traffic I’ll check and see if my logs are up to date. Lol
