I had an emergent gas leak (4, in fact), and the entire process was quick and the communication was great! The guys were courteous and efficient! They completed the job in less time than originally planned and the site was clean and looked brand new when they were finished! Best value out of 4 quotes I had!
Chris came out for my water heater , fastest and most productive plumber. I have met in my many years of being a landlord and homeowner. I would highly recommend Chris for any plumbing needs !! I just came back from vacation to find out I had no hot water. I tried everything I knew, but couldn't get it working. I called Custom Care and Montana came out and apparently my hot water control switched to vacation mode. I didn't even know that was a thing. In a day where companies rip people off, they could have said I needed a new tank or control module, but they didn't. Montana knew what the problem was and ONLY fixed the problem. Thank you very much for your honesty and professionalism. I appreciated it very much.
