“Fabulous. Had gotten away from yoga with covid, started back this January. I am an old guy, 67 but pretty fit. Love the power yoga, gives me the flexibility I need and also great cardio. Extra special during the winter months or when there are storms and I can't exercise outside easily. Had to learn that with my knee I can't do the up and down flow as quickly as the young folks, the instructors are great about reminding us that we all need to follow what our bodies need. I had to chill out and remember that it is not a competition, that is my issue not PYB's. Every instructor gives you something, and over time they change their classes just enough, perhaps concentrating on a particular area for one or two classes, something you may want to incorporate into your practice. I live out of town but am in Buffalo working 2 weeks a month, love this place, it is one of the great things about working here in Buffalo.“

During the appointment, I could absolutely feel my nervous system calming and my brain waves slowing into a slower more receptive state. Very relaxing. The owner has incredible nurturing energy. She challenged students to get out of their comfort zones and they did! I would highly recommend Sarah, she is passionate, a talented dancer, loving, patient, and a strong communicator. “Small gym with great selection of equipment that is decently maintained. There is a ton of natural light as well. Self check in is a big plus. I added a another star to my review, as the gym has stepped up its cleaning alot.“
“I visited this location when I was up for my daughter's visit to UB for college orientation. My home gym is Howard Beach, NY. I was impressed by the MTS machines at Buffalo, and how clean the gym was. There were plenty of wipes available to clean the machines, and most machines worked properly. The classes weren't offered in the mornings that I was there and the Aqua Fit class was cancelled on the Wednesday I had went, so that was a little disappointing. Aside from that, the gym was pleasant and nice. I will visit again the next time I come up to Buffalo, which will be next month when I actually drop my daughter off for college.“
“I went to a Saturday morning 26/2 class. While I am not a beginner and this was not my first hot yoga class, I struggled a bit and was not able to complete the hour-long class. That being said, I loved it and felt amazing afterwards. Everyone at the studio made me feel comfortable and welcome, and made sure to check in with me after the class to see how I was doing. It was an incredible experience and I believe I may even do it again!“
