“I recently had a very favorable experience working with Clover Heating and Oil in resolving an issue with the oil-fueled boiler for the steam radiators at my property at 38 Longview Ave., White Plains, NY, 10605. The boiler was shutting off after brief periods of operation, and replacement of several parts of the pump yielded no long term solution. Clover Owner Anthony Marmo at this point thought outside of the box and consulted with manufacturers of the unit to learn of an unusual but occasional occurrence of Seized Fuel Units. Clover installed an additional and redundant filtering device, and the boiler now works perfectly. “I have used R&M for many years. The first time the owner came over years ago for a second opinion. A different company said I need to replace a 9 year old HVAC costing $10,000. R&M took a look and ended up fabricating a part and it ended up costing $1,500. I realized then they would be the company I would be using going forward. That unit is still working 13 years later. They have done many repairs and also installed a new HVAC unit. They have been very responsive on many occasions. I have a 93 year old Mother living in the house, and losing AC in the middle of the summer is quite scary. They are very processional and honest. I was told my Central Air Unit was broken and I needed to replace both the compressor and the air handler for a lot of money - which we didn't have at the time. I was told this by several companies. Tom said, our units were good units and could probably be repaired - he came out and sure enough was able to fix it. Then they came out to do full maintenance, and releveled the units - and we have Central Air working again. I can't thank them enough. I highly recommend their services.“
