We had Mike and his team install our new HVAC system a couple years ago. On Saturday, right before a heatwave, our A/C stopped blowing cold air. I contacted a couple HVAC companies to come out, and a different company came out to service the unit. They said the compressor went bad, and I could replace it next week for $1600, or replace the whole unit tomorrow for $3200. I emailed Keep It Cool on Sunday morning to help us, since they knew the unit and had the warranty information.
