“Unbeknownst to us, our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and other poisonous gasses. The technician showed me the parts that had failed in our 16 year old furnace. Due to safety concerns it had to be turned off and disconnected. However, a new and much improved furnace was installed the very next day. Tim arrived within an hour & was patient, knowledgeable & explained things simply & clearly. Scott was also a wonderful resource & was extremely helpful & responsive. My entire boiler had to be replaced & they were prompt in ordering parts & getting the old boiler removed & the space prepped for a significant amount of work. “These guys were awesome. Furnace ignitor burnt out and due to age of the part, it wasn't readily available anymore. However, Matt was quick to offer a part that would work and that they had in stock. Extremely knowledgeable! After purchasing the part over the phone these guys even left the part in a pick up location because I wasn't going to be able to get to the store until after they were closed. Again, just great knowledge and customer service which is extremely hard to come by now and days.“

I do have their Gold Club service plan for my boiler, which has saved me a few thousand dollars in replacement parts and service calls since I purchased my home. I can't recommend that plan enough. They've always been prompt and I've never had to wait more than two days for service.“
