Around 7:00 pm yesterday I found a water leakage on a pipe in the laundry room. Called Potter HVAC & Plumbing and 45 minutes later, Gunner showed up. He replaced a rusty copper pipe in an hour.The whole experience is almost a joy, though I wouldn't pray for another water leak.Services: A/C system maintenance

Boiler went down so we had no hot water, heat, etc. They were extremely responsive and had someone to the house within an hour. The technician was very knowledgeable and had us up and running within a half hour. Highly recommend! EricServices: Cleaning

Had the pleasure of using this company when our furnace kept dying out. The supervisor even came out on a Saturday away from his family obligations to help assist and we were without heat in the middle of the winter. Then fast forward and our water heater wasn’t doing much. Again same supervisor came out and assessed the situation. Told us everything we needed to know. Sat there and explained things, broke it all down so we could understand. Even showed us a few tricks to get things moving along in the future. Service was fast, reliable , and very affordable !
