A friend of mine recommended Shane&Sons as they did his furnace a couple years ago. I called Shane and they came out and fixed the issue a lot cheaper than the other two companies I dealt with (both of which said I needed a new furnace or $1200 to replace parts). I will definitely call them in future if anything else should go wrong!

When our furnace needed service they were helpful and professional over the phone and tried to troubleshoot free of cost. When it could not be resolved over the phone they came out within the hour with necessary parts and equipment to resolve quickly. Their knowledge and expertise were undeniable. They walked us through the problem precisely and thoroughly. Each person we dealt with was professional, polite and courteous.

So fortunate to have found Shane & Sons when I first moved to the area 10 years ago. It's the type of customer-focused service that you don't expect to find any more. They've installed furnace, A/C, house humidifier. And they've gone above and beyond on multiple occasions when we've lost heat due to odd, one-off issues. Shane and his sons have done work for us and we give all of them 5 stars across the board.
