Urgent Care near Syosset

“I called City Md in Syosset today for some help. My mom 90 years old lives in Queens she is staying with me for while because she fell last week thank god nothing serious her right arm is in a sling and it came loose I was not sure how to adjust the sling. A young lady at front desk who answered the phone was so professional and most of all compassionate about my situation told be to come in whenever I wanted and the doctor would adjust the sling. I brought my mom there and two young ladies and doctor came to waiting area took her to a room . They were so kind and gently and so willing to help. The doctor adjusted the sling and made her so happy and most of all comfortable!This was by far the best service I have ever received ! I thank them all so very much !“

“Went today with a lot of pain due possibly to a kidney stone. The place is extremely clean which is the first thing I look for. There was no one there when I arrived and was being looked at by Dr. O’Brien within 1/2 hour of filling out first time patient forms. I hate seeing doctors in general but something about Dr. O’Brien put me at ease as he checked me and explained all the possibilities that could be causing my pain. I was initially asked if I had a primary doctor and I did not. I was told I could have a physical scheduled with Dr. O’Brien if I wanted which I did. I think I have a PCP now! I highly recommend this place as well as Dr. O’Brien!“

She took care all of my needs efficiently and with kindness. “The black of Africa pregnant working the front desk is the rudest person I think I even met. She never smiles, she always turns patients way also she lies About the credit card machine is broken mean while the young gentleman comes out and say yes it goes and helps pay my copay with My card. I Can not remember the gentleman's name but he always has Jordan's on and smells great every time I see him. God bless him he really helped me a lot and I'm sure he is the same with other patient. I rate this clinic 0 out of 10 that's how horrible this place is“
