Very good service. I was there for my cdl. The staff at front desk Madhu and Sewani were very helpful. They were very patience and answered all my questions. All the other staff were also excellent. Will definitely go back.
The gentleman that helped me was very pleasant. He greeted me with a smile and was very polite. However the young lady that was there was very unfriendly. She seemed like I was a bother didn’t greeted me had a frown on her face. I didn’t felt welcome. The four stars is for the young man. However I hope this reach management don’t fire the young lady just tell her to smile more when dealing with the public. The negativity was noticeable
I have used this location numerous times to take my NYS DOT medical exam and employment drug tests. The staff is always nice from the receptionist to the nurse to the physician on duty.Today I met Dr Baranowski and he gave me a thorough exam and was nice enough to answer a few questions that I had that were unrelated to my physical exam ,and he even looked up a few things online for me. The waiting area and examination rooms are also very clean. I would recommend this medical office.
