A very but pleasant experience, the doctor was super attentive, the nurse and the girl who took my data, the one who speaks Spanish, the young lady, for God's sake, helped me with everything from the moment she helped me on the phone, her kindness began to be noticed. Thank you very much, very good attention

The best pediatric urgent care! So clean, walk-ins available & the staff is super friendly! There’s also a pharmacy located next door (Wantagh Pharmacy), which makes it super convenient to go right next door and pick-up your scripts!

Took my child to Optum Pediatric urgent care last night when they developed severe shortness of breath and wheezing. Our pediatricians office was closed and we didn't feel comfortable waiting until the following day to go to our pediatricians office. We read the reviews for Optum and were scared at first due to some negative reviews, but i'm so glad that we went.I called in advance to see what the wait time was and the receptionist was very nice. Told me there was no one in the waiting room.After we arrived, within 5 minutes we were in the exam room and within a few minutes Dr. Justin Lacorte was examining my child. He was kind, good with children, and very understanding....read full review
