“I am very grateful for Ranshaw helping me out of a horrible situation with my oil burner. I had purchased a new oil burner a month earlier with my oil company. Since it was installed it wasn't working correctly in starting and stopping continuously all day. That is called short cycling caused by an oversized oil burner. “Just had an emergency gas leak detection service with them on a Sunday and couldn’t recommend this company more. I had been trying all day Saturday to get other companies out to my location but everyone kept ghosting me after the initial call. I found Sideris Plumbing on google and I will say that it might be a higher price than the other services (which by the way never showed up) so after all you get what you pay for. “I just had to write a review about the installation of my minisplit system by Arnica Heating and Air Conditioning. The installers really worked with me. It would have been easier for them to install one of the outside units in the front of my house, but I really wanted both units out in the back. Even though it caused them quite a bit more effort, they took the time and a lot of care to make it work. I got a Mitsubishi system and chose Arnica Heating and Air because they are a local business and listed as a diamond star installer for Mitsubishi. I love the system and have never had such a comfortable, easy to control temperature environment in my home. I couldn't be happier!“

“I noticed that the inside of my AC was filthy and had never noticed anything like it in the past, with any AC. I did a search on Yelp and I went with MainDuct bc Roman, who I spoke with, was incredible - he answered all my questions (I ask a lot of questions) and explained how they work. I was able to get an appt for 2 days later. The two men were incredibly thorough and spent about an hour and a half cleaning my AC, and cleaned it perfectly. I highly recommend MainDuct.“

“Alen to the rescue once again! He installed my ACs a couple years ago, and then a replacement earlier again this year. And then MY MOM, who was impressed by my plexiglass installs, needed 3 window units installed in HER apartment said "give me the guy you used" and guess who came through with a fantabulous price yesterday, SAME DAY, mere HOURS after she called him for the appointment, IN THE MIDDLE OF A NYC JULY HEAT WAVE? And he even arrived early for the appointment! You will not find better pricing, service, friendliness, and expertise than these guys, so if you're reading my review and still putting together your list of options, you've already found it; I've done the research for you. My mom absolutely loved the fact that he cleaned up everything after; no piles of grungey built-up debris, papers or anything left after and surfaces wiped down thoroughly. And the magical wizardry of the plexiglass option; you can barely tell it's there. It's so much nicer looking than the accordions that come with the AC or dull metal paneling, and makes the area look spacious and of course, a better view. Alen removed her 3 existing units (that had been in those windows, non-functioning, FOR 24 YEARS) and installed her 3 new ones in their place, and like a gentleman he'll even take care of unboxing the new units if you're a lady cause these things are heavy to lift. ;)My mom was so impressed she had to give him a hug at the end of all his hard work lol and we will both continue to recommend him to everybody that we know. He knows what he's doing!“
