I also felt that their asking about what personality traits I desired of the caregiver was great and as a result the assigned caregivers were a good fit for us. This was a very big job, and Pierre wrote us a thorough plan outlining all the care and safety built into the choice of procedures and materials his team would use to do the job. Right from reading that plan through discussions with him, it was very reassuring to me that he and his team had what it would take to get this major job done and done right. They executed right to plan, emptying out a basement our family had amassed stuff in for 50 years and gutting out basically all but the heating equipment and laundry machines.
