So... this was the best doctors experience I've had. I came in as a new patient and everything was extremely efficient without feeling rushed the front desk lady was very nice as well. nurse stella was amazing and made me extremely comfortable dr win was also very good and seemed genuinely interested rather than just going through the motions I also was able to get a next day appointment for a referral there was one more nurse ehi did my vaccine that's was also very niceOverall it was a pleasurable experience for something I usually dread highly recommend!
I had such a wonderful experience, the staff was very warm and welcoming. I was made to feel very comfortable from the moment I checked in to moment I was discharged! RN Stella was amazing! Very kind and gentle, didn’t even feel a thing as she drew my blood. I traveled all the way from Jamaica for my appt., and will continue to do so! Also very clean office, restroom was nice and clean, examination room as well!! 10/10
Public Hospitals are an important institutions in each neighborhood. Government officials need to continue funding and extending the services offered by this hospital. The working class neighborhoods that surround this hospital cannot lose access to health services.
