“This business is amazing!When I first spoke to Ayshu and Gwen about the leaky outside faucet at the house I grew up in, but now rented in White Plains, they were very understanding of my concerns.I had received an outrageous estimate from another local company that my parents had used for years. The other plumber deemed a valve shut-off was necessary by the City of White Plains, and an excavation by one of their associate construction companies was required. The estimate was over $5000!My parents were school teachers in White Plains. My father worked with plumbers in the summer when school was out of session, and he cleaned furnaces. “I started my Sunday with no hot water. I could not lite the pilot. I left a message for Kevin from prestige to call me. He called promptly and was there promptly on Monday. The water heater is 15 years old so it needed replacing. He was able to manually lite the pilot as a temporary fix. We scheduled Thursday and on Thursday morning his guys showed up and replaced the unit. The job was perfect. No muss,no fuss and done quickly and the area left spotless. No extras or add ons, just everything done as promised. Definitely my go to guy.“
