“Went to this facility today to get bloodwork for my 18 month old son done. His pediatrician said they were great, so I gave it a try. They were unbelievable! They were very friendly and efficient in knowing exactly how to get a very unhappy toddlers blood drawn AND made me feel at ease. I didn't feel nervous or judged that he was screaming. Now, I will be returning soon for myself!“

“Doctor Kaplan is very knowledgeable but open to suggestions. You get the tests that you need and he puts you in the path to recovery. I had developed chronic bronchitis from a sinus infection after super storm Sandy. After several years of treatment I can breathe normally again and only use my inhalers occasionally or if I get a cold. Very refreshing to have a doctor who will listen to my input into what medicines I can try to improve my health. Many people told me that I would be taking medicines for the rest of my life with the good doctors help I beat it.“

“I went in on a Friday at around 5:15 pm. I thought it would be busy but, thankfully, I was seen very quickly. The person assisting the doctor saw me first and was very friendly, knowledgeable, and competent in what they did. They listened to all of my complaints, asked me questions and did my tests quickly. Dr. McBrien then came to take a look at everything and I really appreciated his sincere care for my health, especially since he knew I’m immunocompromised. His treatment he prescribed worked great and I’m almost completely better from Friday already!“

“This place was amazing! They were very well organized, staff was extremely professional, facility was very clean, and the nurse I interacted with, FNP Chase was very caring and welcoming. She explained everything to me in a manner that was easy to understand and answered all and any questions I had. When it came time to draw blood she did it quickly and I didn’t even feel the needle! I truly hate needles but she made this experience so painless that next I go to this location I pray she is there as she is very gentle, and truly cares for each person she interacts with. “Most recently visited this office in Glen Oaks again and had the honor of meeting the PA Christopher who kind and thorough. Christopher went above and beyond what he needed to do to assist me in my medical care! It was my 1st time meeting the Physician Assistant Christopher but I can tell you he sent a follow up message via mychart and is an absolute asset to the Optum Urgent Care. I’m happy he is there. He personally gets 5 stars!Dr Kahn and entire staff were professional, thorough and courteous! The office was clean and welcoming but most importantly convenient and accommodating! Short wait time and dealt with an array of issues.I would absolutely go back again and i would absolutely recommend this office to my family and others. 5 stars 4 sure! PS I called back and spoke with who I think was the receptionist, I believe her name is Alyssa, and she was worth mentioning as well!
