The only issue I have is that every time I've been in, it took the person at the desk quite a bit of time to find my record and insurance information. Surely this could be faster with a computerized system? Salespeople have been great each time I got glasses.

I had gotten an exam in January and hesitated to purchase frames until now. I didn't have an appointment so I was just browsing, I was immediately assisted by a staff member and was told I could be put in the queue if I decided I found a frame that I liked. I ended up finding a great frame I was added to the queue immediately sat with a staff member to take measurements and go through the ordering process. Staff was incredibly kind, very helpful, and very prompt.
