“So I’d like to tell you all about the wonderful experience I’m having at WellNest Studio. I’m in my 70’s and for various reasons have not been doing any exercise for over 5 years. I decided to take back my body so I could enjoy the next phase of my life - retirement!!! A friend told me about WellNest and I decided to give them a try. They’re located in the Peter Harris Plaza and are easy to get to from anywhere. I went in to check it out and met with owner Bill. I walked out all signed up for ten sessions with a Personal Trainer, Jason. I am so glad I took this chance. The gym itself is small and personal but has everything you need. Jason patiently listened while I whined about how I haven’t done anything for such a long time and that I had some ongoing physical issues that made me nervous. He developed a program taking all this into consideration and I’m now in the middle of my second ten sessions. I go twice weekly and Jason continues to listen to me whine and at the same time encourages me to keep going. I totally see a big difference in my abilities and am determined to let him get me to a point that I’m comfortable maintaining. I love that the trainers (Jason for me) listens every session to what I say and adjusts my workout accordingly. I can’t recommend this place or their staff enough. You won’t be sorry if you give it a try!!!“

“I visited here several times back in 2018 and just returned for the first time since. I loved the classes I took then and I loved tonight's class just as much. The instructor is a source of limitless modifications and suggestions to accommodate each body and each ability level. The space is homey and pretty and modern, with ample space for changing and storage. There is ample off street parking. (GPS usually directs me wrong to this location, instructing me to drive down a street so narrow it amounts to barely more than a back alley, so be sure to approach from the main sheet instead and then you'll be able to use the parking lot.)I can't speak highly enough of this yoga studio and would recommend it to anyone.“

“Hours do not accommodate full time work schedules. Saturdays at least 9:00 Am until 1:00 Pm for people with busy weekday schedules. My sincere apologies, I certainly did not intend to insult you. I just wish I could find a place to de-stress and relax and rejuvenate that has hours on Saturday’s because weekdays are hectic. Thank you for the invite on May 17, I don’t know if I will be there but I greatly appreciate your generosity.“

“The studio space is HUGE (compared to NYC/NJ studios I've been to). Also free parking.The teachers are attentive and enthusiastic.Choose the class that best suits you.All the amenities - shoe cubbies, lockers, changing rooms, and showers.I only buy drop in classes but they have affordable subscriptions and class packs to suit any availability (again, this is by comparison to other studios in the lower Tri-State area).Also very convenient location for anyone visiting UAlbany.“
“We decided hot yoga would be a nice wellness boost during our annual concert trip to the Capital Region this year so we booked an 8:30 heated Bikram session. We found their website easily by Google search and we chose the Lanham location from their 6 available locations.The spot was clean and offered a large lobby, both men's & women's changing rooms, and several bathrooms. The studio itself is large and for my visit was well lit and most certainly hot. This was my first time practicing Bikram. The instructor, Tim, provided constant and efficent direction while keeping the 90 minute class on track.My experience was great, and I would certainly consider a future viisit here. I will add that classes other than Bikram, such as Vinyasa, are offered here.“
“I am so happy to be a member of TYHS. I have been attending the EG classes religiously for over a year. Being a part of such a strong and supportive community has helped ground and center me in such a life changing way. My hour on my matt every day that I am able, is the absolute best thing I have done for myself in decades. The strength I have gained, both physically and emotionally, helps me to center and ground myself in my life roles. I am more productive, organized and driven. I will always show up for myself at THYS. As a working mom of 4 super involved travel sports kids, I love the ability to book my app for the week, and make adjustments to times and locations on the fly. The MindBody app is amazing, and helps me to plan and to show up. There are so many amazing options for classes and convenient locations. I am in awe of the instructors enthusiasm and knowledge. So many wonderful instructors lead us in practice, and each has their own unique twist to make every class special. Everyone deserves an hour of peace on their matt to tune out the chatter, and leave refreshed and renewed and full of hope.“
