Very nice studio, great knowledgeable instructors. Exceptionally clean, perfect heat and conditions for hot yoga. Great mix of classes. Always a pleasure to be there! Reasonably priced.

Great location, good prices, super clean and inviting, very friendly staff and members, amazing instructors.. I mean.. it doesn't get much better and you won't find a better Hot Yoga studio in the area.

I spent 20 months living in Albany and now that I've left I miss this yoga studio sooooo much! I miss the heated floors. I miss classes with Leah and Terry. I miss driving less than 10 minutes to my Sunday morning class so my Bikram addiction didn't take up half of the whole day. I live in Austin TX now which is just lousy with yoga studios. While I have found one that fits my schedule and my very demanding private checklist, it's a 30-minute drive from where I live. And sure the instructors there are great but I don't feel the homey warmth I got from Radiance.
