    This place is no longer this place closed down but I know that I went there one time and I liked it I don't know where they have moved to but they're no longer at the location maybe at 4:00 on South Pearl Street

    Awesome Black-owned organization! I had been feeling pretty scattered and gross a few months ago due to pandemic-related life issues. My therapist had suggested meditation and I didn't know where to start. I noticed that Root3d was offering a free live streamed meditation, so I decided to try it out. I was blown away by the quality and attention to detail from this meditation. Not only was there silence and somewhat of a sound bath, but the instructor spoke words that I could feel deep within me. I had felt calm for the first time in a very long time and I missed that. I can't wait until they can open up in person again. I would love to go to a physical class. Thank you...read full review

We are here to center the liberation, healing, + power of BIPOC by rooting within the 3 dimensions: the mind, body, and spirit. We are a wellness center that understands that unless you can feel safe in a space, you can’t really show up as your whole self and heal. We created this space so that we have a space to take off the armor from the outside world and heal in community. Healing yourself is your birthright regardless of your race, body type, gender identity and expression, or your financial status. You were born worthy of healing, and your truest self already knows how to do it. Root3d offers workshops, weekly group healing classes and talk therapy groups, and individual sessions.
