“It might be hard to trust a google review but David actually is a great trainer.
When I initially found David, I was hoping to find a trainer who was supportive, insightful and methodical. David is all of these things and I’ve made so much more progress working with him than with anyone else. It still surprises me how many goals David has helped me meet (like pull ups).
I think David is so effective as a trainer because he is impressively observant and excels at optimizing an effective workout strategy for each client while avoiding injuries. I also appreciate that David is very receptive to feedback (solicited or unsolicited) and goes out of his way to make improvements to his studio to best fit the needs of his clients. It’s clear how he genuinely cares about helping his clients.

“I don't think you will find a trainer who is more invested in you and your long term health than Obi. He bases his workouts on research proven methodologies, not on fads or what is going to be easy to sell. My drive to be the healthiest and fittest I can be as a 57 year old woman is powered by what I have learned from Obi and through Obi. He probably knows more about every members' ability than we do ourselves. I can honestly say, if you don't check out this gym, you are doing yourself and your family a huge disservice. You are not allowing yourself the full life (now and later) that Obi's fitness plan gives you. “I have been to Sarah for both pilates instruction and massage, as has my husband. Her facility is pristine and well equipped and she is excellent at both instruction and therapeutic massage. My husband love Pilates and has had several trainers over the years and he feels Sarah is the most proficient. I love a good massage, but they never seem to have long lasting results. Not the case with Sarah, her massages really relax, but also relieve knots and tightness. I can't recommend a therapist or studio more highly.“
