The owner, Jared, is incredibly friendly and offers flexible booking hours. There are plenty of rooms available, and the positive atmosphere at Arrive is inspiring for both therapists and patients, making the recovery journey much more enjoyable.

I’ve had gym memberships consistently throughout my life and several different trainers, nothing comes close to working with Scott. My first appointment, Scott took almost 2hrs to assess what my personal goals were - including any concerns I might have - as well as discussing my workout and nutrition history. After this initial mtg, he walked me through a number of exercises to get an accurate measurement of my strength and mobility. We also established several health calculations that are consistently monitored - e.g. visceral fat, lean body mass, body fat mass, etc. - and discussed nutritional goals, all of which he helps advise on and checks in on either daily or weekly (whatever your preference is). Scott skillfully tailors workouts to each individual helping build strength, mobility and confidence. I’ve been working with Scott for several years, my health and fitness is completely transformed. I’m in the best shape of my life thanks to Scott. Couldn’t recommend him more!“
