“I visited family in Lockport for a week this summer and was able to squeeze in 2 classes at Laura's studio. It was an AWESOME experience!! Over the last 20 years I've been to a lot of yoga studios and this was among my very favorites. Laura is a fantastic instructor- she's knowledgeable, caring and clearly knew the needs of each of her students. The class was held in a very nice in-home studio, and the overall vibe I got as a drop-in student was welcoming and professional. The regulars were friendly and clearly love this place.
