First guy they sent out messed up sent wrong part which delayed process by an extra month the second and third guy that came out were great, fast knowledgeable, and friendly . Like everyplace today they need to hire better more knowledgeable workers to get the job done right the first time. Sears was unapologetic for over two month wait for repair on warrantied fridge but the repairmen (not the first guy who was clueless) at least were sympathetic and made up for a bad experienceService: Refrigerator/freezer repair
