We've used Hill's a few times since moving to the area and aside from a scheduling issue, they've been great to work with. We're really happy with the new hot water tank and liner and the work performed on our furnace humidifier. Definitely going to be working with them in the future for our generator and AC unit.
Very happy with Hill's heating. Kyle came out on an emergency call on the weekend and we were in a much more serious situation than I realized. Kyle was so nice and fixed the furnace so it wouldn't blow up. I mean that literally. Thank you, Kyle and Hill's heating. I recommend them and will be using them in the future.
Easily made the appointment, called to see if I could accept an earlier appointment the day ahead of my scheduled appointment. The technician had no issue breaking things down so I could understand the issues with the furnace and translate it to the owner. The technician gave a detailed list of parts needed for the repair. The service department called with pricing for the parts required, even offered to send someone out the next day to give a quote on replacing the 20 year old furnace, so I'd have an idea of how much we're spending on the old furnace.
