“Saw Terry's info online. Thought I'd take a chance because of all his good reviews. While my fridge was too old to repair because parts were no longer available, Terry told me I could get additional use out of the fridge with a few suggestions. The suggestions will give me time to research a replacement.He also pointed out some things to look for when replacing it. While I hope I don't have to have him come out again, if I do he will be the one I call.“

He gave me a call before leaving and called when he arrived on request since I had to put away our dogs. When he took a look at our dryer he was extremely efficient when it came to identifying and resolving the issue! The technician was very personable, was very deliberate and meticulous whie diagnosing the problem, and explained each step along the way to fix the leak and get us rolling again.
